Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. This class is for intermediate students. Prepare to sweat, bend and have heaps of fun! This class moves faster then the others so you should have a basic understanding of poses and alignment.

Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures. In Yin, we hold an asana, or pose, for anywhere between one and 20 minutes. We come into the pose to a point where we feel significant resistance—our 'edge'—and stay there, calmly holding the pose and remaining still for the duration. Yin yoga might look like it's easy, however holding the poses for such a long time is actually challenging and sometimes uncomfortable, both physically and mentally.

This particular 60-minute class will be an integrated practice including some asana, pranayama, kriya, mantra and meditation. Each class will have a particular theme.

Pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. This class is gentle and great for all ages but especially for those in their later years. You don't need as much mobility as yoga for this class and are sure to feel more zen after.
Our interactive and supportive classes are specifically designed for 5-10 year olds. Young Yogis will playfully engage with Yoga poses, mindfulness, meditation, breathing and enjoy fun games and activities. Each week the classes will focus on developing a positive mindset, introduce self-care strategies and a connection to self by learning about emotions and emotional regulation.
